Its certainly one of the more interesting diets around and from what I have read of the evidence it does work for most people. My own experience is that it worked for me but I admit to finding it pretty hard work. If you want to lose a reasonable amount quickly, particularly for a special occasion, then I reckon its a pretty good way to do it.
